--e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">\u00c9 um \u00f3rg\u00e3o colegiado, vinculado \u00e0 Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, com compet\u00eancias normativa, consultiva, propositiva, fiscalizadora, mobilizadora, de controle social e de assessoramento, em observ\u00e2ncia \u00e0s diretrizes e bases para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da educa\u00e7\u00e3o nacional, as pol\u00edticas e planos\u00a0educacionais da Uni\u00e3o e do Estado de Minas Gerais.<\/span><\/p><p><b>COMPET\u00caNCIAS<\/b><\/p><p>* A compet\u00eancia normativa consiste na edi\u00e7\u00e3o de atos normativos concatenados,delineados com o Poder Executivo Municipal, destinados ao cumprimento de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas, a saber:<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">I &#8211; elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do seu Regimento Interno e Plano de atividades;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">II &#8211; elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de normatiza\u00e7\u00f5es que se fizerem necess\u00e1rias ante a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o da\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">* A compet\u00eancia consultiva versa sobre a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o e o posicionamento acerca de mat\u00e9rias espec\u00edficas de sua compet\u00eancia, em especial:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">I &#8211; projetos, programas educacionais e experi\u00eancias pedag\u00f3gicas renovadoras do\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">Poder Executivo Municipal;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">II &#8211; medidas e programas para titular, capacitar e atualizar os professores;<\/span><\/li><li>III &#8211; acordos e conv\u00eanios;<\/li><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">IV &#8211; cria\u00e7\u00e3o, amplia\u00e7\u00e3o, desativa\u00e7\u00e3o e localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de escolas municipais;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">V &#8211; medidas para melhoria do fluxo e do rendimento escolar;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">VI &#8211; busca de formas de rela\u00e7\u00e3o com a comunidade;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">VII &#8211; autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de funcionamento das escolas da rede municipal;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">VIII &#8211; autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de funcionamento das institui\u00e7\u00f5es de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Infantil da rede privada, particular, comunit\u00e1ria, confessional e filantr\u00f3pica;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">IX &#8211; quest\u00f5es educacionais que lhe forem submetidas pela Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">* A compet\u00eancia propositiva ser\u00e1 exercida atrav\u00e9s da emiss\u00e3o de opini\u00f5es e sugest\u00f5es inerentes a discuss\u00e3o do planejamento educacional e formula\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas educacionais municipais.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">* A compet\u00eancia fiscalizadora se refere ao acompanhamento e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da gest\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica, administrativa e financeira no \u00e2mbito da educa\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, garantindo a legitimidade de suas a\u00e7\u00f5es, como:<\/span><\/p><ul><li>| &#8211; acompanhamento da transfer\u00eancia e controle da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos para a\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">educa\u00e7\u00e3o no Munic\u00edpio;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">II &#8211; cumprimento do Plano Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li><li>III &#8211; experi\u00eancias pedag\u00f3gicas inovadoras;<\/li><li>IV &#8211; outras a\u00e7\u00f5es fiscalizadoras pertinentes \u00e0 sua compet\u00eancia.<\/li><\/ul><p>* A compet\u00eancia mobilizadora consiste na busca de apoio da comunidade escolar e local inerente \u00e0 melhoria da qualidade do ensino, acesso, perman\u00eancia e aprendizagem dos estudantes.<\/p><p>* A compet\u00eancia de controle social visa o fomento \u00e0 participa\u00e7\u00e3o da comunidade, em especial quanto ao acompanhamento da atua\u00e7\u00e3o estatal.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">* A compet\u00eancia de assessoramento refere-se ao aux\u00edlio \u00e0 Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o na tomada de decis\u00f5es relativas \u00e0s diretrizes e linhas gerais das a\u00e7\u00f5es pedag\u00f3gicas, administrativas e financeiras quanto ao direcionamento das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, desenvolvidas no \u00e2mbito escolar.<\/span><\/p><p><b>ATRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/b><\/p><ul><li>I &#8211; promover a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade civil no planejamento, no acompanhamento e na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da educa\u00e7\u00e3o municipal;<\/li><li>II &#8211; zelar pela qualidade pedag\u00f3gica e social da educa\u00e7\u00e3o na Rede P\u00fablica de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o;\u00a0<\/li><li>III &#8211; zelar pelo cumprimento da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente, na Rede P\u00fablica de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>IV &#8211; participar da elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e acompanhar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o e a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Tr\u00eas Cora\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/li><li>V &#8211; assessorar a Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o no diagn\u00f3stico dos problemas e se manifestar a respeito de medidas para solucion\u00e1-los;<\/li><li>VI &#8211; emitir pareceres, indica\u00e7\u00f5es e recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es sobre assuntos da Rede P\u00fablica Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Tr\u00eas Cora\u00e7\u00f5es, inclusive conv\u00eanio, assist\u00eancia e subven\u00e7\u00e3o a entidades p\u00fablicas e privadas filantr\u00f3picas, confessionais e comunit\u00e1rias, bem como seu cancelamento;<\/li><li>VII &#8211; analisar as estat\u00edsticas da educa\u00e7\u00e3o municipal anualmente, oferecendo subs\u00eddios \u00e0 Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>VIII &#8211; acompanhar o recenseamento e a matr\u00edcula da popula\u00e7\u00e3o em idade escolar para a educa\u00e7\u00e3o infantil e ensino fundamental, em todas as suas modalidades;<\/li><li>IX &#8211; mobilizar a sociedade civil e o Estado para a inclus\u00e3o de pessoas com necessidades educacionais especiais, preferencialmente, na rede p\u00fablica regular de ensino, bem como para a garantia da gest\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e institui\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas;<\/li><li>X &#8211; dar publicidade quanto aos atos do Conselho Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>XI &#8211; supervisionar o censo escolar anual e a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria anual, no \u00e2mbito do Munic\u00edpio, com objetivo de concorrer para o regular e tempestivo tratamento e encaminhamento dos dados estat\u00edsticos e financeiros que alicer\u00e7am a operacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Fundo de Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica e de Valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Profissionais da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (FUNDEB);<\/li><li>XII &#8211; demais atribui\u00e7\u00f5es condizentes com sua compet\u00eancia, mediante provoca\u00e7\u00e3o da Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>COMPOSI\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Courier 10 Pitch, Courier, monospace;\">O Conselho Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Tr\u00eas Cora\u00e7\u00f5es \u2014 CMETC ser\u00e1 composto por 12 (doze) membros:<\/span><\/p><p>I &#8211; Representantes Efetivos:<\/p><ul><li>a) Presidente do Conselho Municipal do Fundo de Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica e de Valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Profissionais da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; FUNDEB;<\/li><li>b) Secret\u00e1rio Adjunto Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Courier 10 Pitch, Courier, monospace;\">II \u2014 Representante Designado:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: Courier 10 Pitch, Courier, monospace;\">a) 01 (um) representante da Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Social.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">III \u2014 Representantes de Not\u00f3rio Saber:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">a) 03 (tr\u00eas) membros, nomeados pelo Chefe do Poder Executivo Municipal, dentre\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">cidad\u00e3os de relev\u00e2ncia na esfera educacional, que ser\u00e3o indicados a partir de uma lista s\u00eaxtupla,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">definida pelo Conselho Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Courier 10 Pitch, Courier, monospace;\">IV &#8211; Representantes da Sociedade Civil:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: Courier 10 Pitch, Courier, monospace;\">a) 01 (um) representante da rede municipal de ensino;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">b) 01 (um) representante da rede estadual de ensino;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-style: Cora\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div>O primeiro mandato dos membros do Conselho Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Tr\u00eas Cora\u00e7\u00f5es \u2014 CMETC ter\u00e1 validade at\u00e9 a data de 14 de abril de 2025, sendo permitida uma \u00fanica recondu\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/><br \/><\/div><p>A partir do dia 15 de abril de 2025, o mandato ser\u00e1 de 4 (quatro) anos, sendo permitida uma \u00fanica recondu\u00e7\u00e3o, observada renova\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima de 50% (cinquenta por cento) e m\u00e1xima de 75% (setenta e cinco por cento) de seus
